Our cloud computing vendor, Linode, was experiencing a complete outage at their US-EAST1 datacenter location. This was impacting the availability of Stage Vault, as our infrastructure is located there. The incident began on July 27, at around 4:30 AM, and was resolved on July 28, at around 3:00 PM.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and are looking to increase the resiliency of our own infrastructure in response to this incident.
